What it Costs: $350 yearly (regular cost $779.10)

Savings of $429.10 per year + 20 % Off Treatment!!! $300 yearly for patients 12 years of age or younger. This is an excellent opportunity to stay on the road to optimal oral health at enormous savings! Payment must be made in full prior to the first cleaning appointment. Both cleanings must be used within one year of each other or the offer becomes void, and the second cleaning benefits are lost. Offer is not valid for periodontal (gum disease) treatment. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees. Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
